SPONSOR HOME-BOARDING


As most of you know, we had a mini “breakup” with our fraudulent ex-sponsor last year. When our dogs were kicked off that rotting ship, with NO choice but to tread water or drown; waiting for our nearest invisible lifeboats, we had to make some quick decisions. 


We called up our most trusted trainers Sarah and Drew at No Bull Rehab and asked for HELP. They allowed Cookie, Rocco, Gordo and Hicks to immediately come by their place and live there for the past 7 months, no questions asked. 4 strong-headed Bullies were welcomed with open arms. Not only that, they have been treated with the top-notch level of care EVERY STEP of the way. Grooming, vet, dog walking…these are things a dog needs. A roof over their head?  Food? They need that even more. NO BULL has gone out on a limb to provide the most wonderful care of our dogs NO MATTER WHAT.


ROCCO, HICKS, COOKIE & GORDO are our 4 home-boarding doggies. Why are they boarding in a home? Because they require a VIP-type of owner. These dogs are the ELITES. The UPPER ECHELON of bully breeds. Not everyone is capable of owning a dog like one of these 4. WHY? Because not everyone is experienced or determined enough. These dogs are not the type to be friendly with other dogs. They are not the type to bring around children. In fact, they prefer to be one-dog, one-owner only types of dogs. 


Simply put, they are not beginner level doggies. What they ARE is your typical, stubborn Pitty… with their massive head and massive heart. Unfortunately not everyone has what it takes to own a dog like Rocco, Hicks, Cookie or Gordo. But those who do, are rewarded greatly with daily love, loyalty, protection and companionship.


Our goal is to fundraise like crazy to pay off their remaining bills; so we can move them into a Forever Home (we are still on the hunt)! DID YOU KNOW that the second we find a legit Foster/Adopter, we can begin that dog’s transition, integrating into the home; starting with 3 in-person lessons.

Sponsors ensure that rescue Pit Bulls stay safe, happy, and loved - in an actual home - while the dog's are being matched with their ideal Forever Family.

Sponsors keep rescue Pit Bulls out of kennel-style boarding facilities and most importantly, far away from any animal shelters. 

Proper shelter and sufficient enrichment is crucial for a dog’s mental health and wellbeing. We believe that being in a home plays a huge role in a dog's ability to decompress and further succeed into the future. 

All of our current dogs staying at in-home boarding were saved from euthanasia at various Southern California animal shelters. Each one was unfairly sentenced to be put to sleep because of reasons like 'shelter overcrowding' and 'lack of kennel space'. Our rescue The Pitty Committee saved these dogs before that could happen.

We would LOVE for these dogs to be in a wonderful Foster or Adopter's home - more than anything. Unfortunately California has a major shelter problem; Rescue groups can hardly keep up. Rescue dogs oftentimes end up at in-home boarding when Fosters are unable to continue with their 'Foster duties' past a certain date, and no other household steps up in time to take the dog in.
